The software and solutions delivered led to critical improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and reporting, allowing management to see instantaneous results. Projects include web portals, mobile and cloud-based platforms that enable teams to collect, share, and access data in real-time remotely.

As a UX/UI designer, you'll be trusted to deliver a best-in-class experience in an energetic and collaborative environment. This role translates customer needs and business goals into an effective design solution.

  • To be a user advocate in solutions you create and present;
  • Design web and mobile apps from the concept to implementation;
  • Simply communicate complex ideas, whether on paper, digitally, or face to face;
  • Daily communication with the customer and development team, running the demos;
  • Design the interaction with the interface and validate solutions with and without users;
  • Create and maintain design systems and UI kits.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in design;
  • Strong experience designing mobile (iOS especially) and web apps;
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members including other designers, Product owners, Engineers, and Delivery managers;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the project team, internal and external stakeholders;
  • Experience with a responsive design for mobile web applications;
  • Familiarity with web standards/guidelines and designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1);
  • Attention to detail and ability to creatively problem-solve;
  • Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principals;
  • A human-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs;
  • Strong portfolio that shows the process to be presented at the interview;
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to be a UX advocate;
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills to handle schedules in a fast-paced, multi-project environment;
  • English level Upper Intermediate+ (B2+).
