Responsibilities:
- You will manage the entire range of Employee Experience services and activities for the country including employment law regulations, vendor management for benefit selection, organization of company activities etc;
- You will prepare contract documents for permanent employees, temporary staff, interns, and trainees and take over the implementation of personnel change processes, including cooperation with internal mobility and legal teams on immigration and compliance issues;
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee files, as well as general HR Admin tasks: sick leaves, vacations, maternity and parental leaves, new hire’s data, terminations, etc;
- You will be a point of contact for our employees regarding benefits, and you will also be handling benefits management in overall (contact with providers, solving issues, contact with finance team regarding payments);
- You will be responsible for reliable and timely introduction of HR data to the systems;
- You communicate with our employees and managers via our service channels in a secure and service-oriented manner and coordinate their enquiries reliably and quickly;
- In cooperation with payroll provider, finance, and legal teams you will be covering all questions concerning employment, payroll tax and social security law;
- Together with your colleagues, you are the interface to our internal recruitment team and our external payroll;
- You will be the key person to organize activities and EX events per country with the help of the center of expertise;
- In addition to day-to-day operations, you are interested in working on regional and international projects to digitalize and continuously improve our tools and processes.
