Project Overview:

UK-based investment platform that enables institutional and private investors to invest in top-tier private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds with low minimums and low fees. With our portfolio construction tools, investors can build sophisticated private equity allocations with unparalleled insight. The company is run and supported by private equity professionals and industry veterans from leading companies including Oaktree, EQT, Hg, Bain, Capital Group, Blackstone and J.P. Morgan.

The platform has had a phenomenal first year, bringing a selection of some of the world’s top Private Equity managers and strategies onto our platform. We are looking for someone to help build our growing Engineering team.

As the current system is a customised white label crodwfundting platform, our top priority is replacing the current backed system with new services that have the same base functionality but built specifically for our needs.

This is a 15-people Agile cross-functional team comprising NodeJS, VueJS and Google Cloud experts along with Delivery Management.

Responsibilities:

Reporting project and quality progress, metrics.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience as General or Automation QA engineer;
Experience in API testing (Postman preferable);
1+ year of hands-on experience with Cypress;
Experience dealing with Microservices architecture and supportive frameworks;
Experience in creation of automation frameworks from scratch (would be a plus);
Strong experience with continuous integration processes and tools;
In-depth knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures;
Experience of working with version control systems (e.g. Gitlab,GIT and others);
Good Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar);
Good knowledge of different testing methods, techniques and types;
Experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments;
Experience in cross-browsers & cross-platform testing;
Upper-intermediate/Advanced written and spoken English;
Confidence in using and reading Javascript/Typescript;
Accessibility testing, performance testing and also data and finance regulatory experience.
